Richa Narvekar
Richa has studied Architecture at The School of Architecture,CEPT University, Ahmedabad. She won a merit based scholarship from British Council for her postgraduate studies in Urban Design at The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College, London.

Richa currently works at EMBARQ, an international non profit committed to creating sustainable change in India. Her interests in urban issues are centred mainly around women's rights and social injustices,illegality in the Coastal Regulation Zone,Colonial Studies and the Politics of urban intervention.

Prior to joining EMBARQ, Richa was employed at various architecture and interior design firms in Mumbai and in Goa where she has handled projects and sites of many different scales, from the Prithvi Cafe at Juhu ,Mumbai to the GTDC Panaji Residency Hotel,Goa.

When not involved in spatial design, Richa spends her time engaged in photography, fine art, graphic design, music(vocals) and writing. She writes on a freelance basis for prominent local newspapers in Goa;The Navhind Times and Goa Streets. Richa's love for travel photography has left her with beautiful pictures of Singapore, Thailand, Oman, UK, countries in Europe, and many parts of India.
