Dr. Shradha Kanwar has completed her PhD with a specialization in Rudy Weibe’s literary works about survival of the North American inhabitants in the wake of early European immigrations into Canada, and her MPhil – exploring diverse facets of human relationships. Shradha has authored several research publications, and presented papers at international and national educational conferences and seminars. She has a versatile academic and professional background encompassing a range of verticals and is committed to developing cutting-edge research-practices through an understanding of technology-driven learning. Her extensive experience, relating to content creation, editorial services, project management, and business development, is a value-multiplier in extending these research explorations.

Presently working as Area Director, Educational Technology, at NIIT University, India, Shradha's work focuses on innovating and building a paradigm of education in the techno-cognitive era, ranging from development of business professionals and educators, to creating multiple learning pathways through technology interventions and finally to the understanding of engagement and feedback through an exploration into Learning Science.

According to Shradha, the word, ‘belief’ has a scientific interpretation which her own exploration into the knowledge space reinforces. She believes that this is the ‘moment’ of ‘knowledge creation’ and feels fortunate to be part of this learning journey. With a knowledge base in Science, Literature, Communication, Education and Technology and a rich canvas of learning opportunities, she has been able to conscientiously participate in ‘knowledge creation’ in a very committed way. Driven strongly by learning values and principles, with zeal to learn and grow endlessly, she been able to anchor the institutionalization of a structured learning model while setting high standards of excellence in her endeavours.
